My Modified Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast!

I made this for breakfast this morning and I'm hooked! I saved some for Chris, but I've slowly been picking at his plate too. I found the original recipe at allrecipes.com but I changed it a little bit after seeing this video on YouTube
My recipe is for four French Peanut & Banana Sandwiches:
Peanut Butter
Honey
8 Pieces of Bread
2 Big Bananas
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
1 Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
Oil or Butter (to fry)
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together
- Spread peanut butter onto four pieces of bread, and honey on 4 other pieces of bread.
- Chop up bananas and place on the pieces of bread covered in honey.
- Make four sandwiches, each with one bread with peanut butter and one bread with honey and banana
- In a big pan, melt butter or oil over medium heat to cook.
- Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and then place in pan. Cook until golden/brown.
- After all sandwhiches are done, put them in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve toast in triangles, dusted with icing sugar
